Foreign trade finance
We work with European Credit Agencies (ECA) such as Euler-Hermes, Coface and Sace in the field of political and commercial risk mitigation. We also arrange medium-term and long term facilities in conjuction with multilateral insurers and the Lloyd’s market.
Trade finance
Short-term finance, up to 12 months. Deferred Payment Letters of Credit up to 12 months after B/L date.
Structured export finance
Medium and long term export finance.
Export financing transactions are structured either as supplier credits or buyer credits.
Finance running for more than 12 month falls within the medium and long term finance sector.
We arrange export financing for all kinds of capital equipment. The equipment can be manufactured in Europe or countries outside Europe. The sale needs to be invoiced by Sinexys. Export financing with Payment terms from one to five years is arranged by Sinexys for equipment sales above Euro 2,000,000.00 in size.
Structured international trade finance can be arranged for foreign companies with IFRS audited financial statements and if the facility qualifies for support from an official Export Credit Agency (ECA).
The first step in applying for international trade finance ist to provide Sinexys with the foreign buyer’s most recent audited financial statements, a company profile, a list of suppliers and information about the underlying trade transaction.
